The DAT-Schaub Group buys sheep casings in New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and Europe. The casings are selected and tubed at own facilities and the Group therefore is able to supply the widest range of sheep casings for sausage production.

DAT-Schaub Group represents some of the leading brands in the industry, i.e. Naturin, Viscofan, and covers the whole range of artificial casings, i.e. cellulose, collagen, fibrous, plastic etc.
The DAT-Schaub Group has own facilities for preparing artificial casings. The Nordic converting activities comprise printing in up to six colours on various types of casings and own facilities for moisturizing and shirring in Thomeko Eesti OÜ.

The DAT-Schaub Group has own blending facilities in France and supplies a wide range of customer specific blends in these markets and on selected export markets.
Furthermore, the Group represents leading brands within ingredients, spices and food additives not only in France but also in the other Nordic countries.

Packaging
Packaging consists of a broad variety of products all aimed at containing food and adding to the quality or presentation of food products.
The product range comprises flexible film, shrink bags, vacuum bags and cooking bags, various plastic film, elastic nets, trays, meat pads etc.
Machinery
DAT-Schaub has its own lines of machines for cleaning and selection of hog casings. Furthermore, in certain countries the Group represents major suppliers of machinery to the food industry.
