Shirring

Shirring is always based on our customer needs and the opportunities of stuffing machines in his use. This approach contributes to the production efficiency of the customers.

We have shirring machines which enable to shirr artificial casings:

Calibre 32 – 165 mm

Axial, screw or spiral shirring

Stick lengths 37 – 76 cm

20 – 80 m shirred casing in stick

Standard shirring which requires soaking before stuffing, or "Ready-to-Stuff" shirring
